If you’re a beginner or simply curious about the real estate industry and home rehab process, this package is for you. You’ll get to go on a 30-minute house rehab tour, sit through an hour-long conversation and Q & A session, as well as gain access to a cheat sheet beginner learning packet.
This is an intermediate level, 3-day program that includes a tour of three rehab projects in different stages of the rehab process. Enjoy all the perks of our Bronze program, with the addition of a more in-depth learning packet and access to real estate resources.
With this program, you’ll have a completely hands-on experience with unlimited training and access to any projects currently led by the mentor. If you are serious about turning this into a career, this program is a must. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of every phase of the project, from the demo stages to the finishing touches on the house. Take advantage of one on one meetups where you learn on-site what actually goes into fixing and flipping a house, as well as learn key strategies and insider tips.
Our most extensive program. This is highly recommended to those who are ready to run their own home rehab project. If you don’t already have an investment property, we will find one for you. As part of the Platinum program, your mentor will be there to guide you step-by-step throughout the entire process. You will learn invaluable information, learn how to run your own project, and discover insights that will help you maximize your profits and be a success in this industry.









Project Visit Package Includes 30 min house rehab tour. There will be a 15min sit-down Q&A session after the project tour walkthrough.
Project Visit Package Includes Tour of 3 different rehab projects in different stages for 30mins each. There will then be a 30min sit-down Q&A conversation session after the 3 rehab projects have been toured.
Full unlimited hands-on training access to any and all projects that mentor currently has in progress. Projects may include (phase 1) beginning demo stages. (Phase 2) plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sheetrock insulation, and the initial first coat of paint. (Phase 3) flooring, trim work, fixtures, and finishes. The mentee will have scheduled 1on1 meetups on select in-progress projects explaining and showing in person the necessities of completing a fix and flip project. Strategies and investor fix and flip tips will be provided in every aspect of this in-progress phase project. This is typically a 30-45 day package depending on the time variation of projects in progress.
15% of construction rehab amount or (5K minimum) whichever greater. This package includes mentoring clients through their actual investment project deals that will go under contract. Mentee would need to either already has an investment project or DMWright Solutions LLC could assist Mentee with finding a project house to buy, renovate, then sell for profit. If a mentee doesn’t have all cash to buy a deal upfront. A preferred hard money lender would be provided for loan options.. (Typically mentee will need to have 50k in order to close on a deal at the closing table.) The mentee will then need upfront a minimum of 20% of the rehab amount ready to put towards starting construction after closing and taking ownership of their new project. This package also includes A walkthrough of budget management and hands-on knowledge of project phases with an assigned team of contractors provided to work on their project. Mentees’ 1st payment would be a retainer deposit in the amount of $1500 in order to get started and begin the Platinum Package process. Mentees’ 2nd payment would be in the amount of 50% of the calculated 15% of the overall project budget when the project is agreed by all parties that 50% of construction rehab is completed. Mentees’ 3rd and final payment would equal fully calculated 15% of the overall construction budget after subtracting the (2) previous mentorship payments already made. If the construction budget after calculating 15% is lower than 5k then the overall Platinum Mentorship fee would automatically default to 5k.
